A: The Head Office may suggest locations and will inspect those locations suggested by the franchisee. All franchise locations must be approved by Hobbs Holdings.

A: Yes. All outlets must be built to our specifications and design.

A: Head Office supplies certain products and provides an approved supplier list for all other items.

A: No. Though previous experience can be an asset it is not necessary. Our training and systems will ensure that each franchisee is able to operate the business efficiently

Q: What are the standard operational hours?
A: The opening hours are 11am to 11pm. Though preparation usually begins two or more hours prior to opening.

A: No. The Head Office will evaluate each franchisee application and determine if this is the right business decision for both the Franchisee and Franchisor. This decision is based on financial strengths, related experience, and the present market conditions.

A: No. Many factors determine the amount of success of each franchise. Foremost are the management capabilities of each franchisee as well as the present market conditions.

A: Yes. Each franchisee will complete a comprehensive training program conducted at one of thecompany stores. There is no charge for this training though the franchisee will be responsible for any food and accommodation required, if any.

A: Yes. Additional training can be provided at anytime during the duration of the Franchise Agreement. This training will be subject to the Franchisors then current training fees.
